   This review is not specifically about H&M Manchester but H&M in general. We bought a product from the Manchester store and wanted to share a review online. It turns out that although we have a H&M online account we are not allowed to share reviews for anything that we bought in store. We are most upset about this and feel that H&M company is limiting genuine feedback. The product was a men's tracksuit that basically shed so much fluff that we virtually had to employ a full time cleaner to keep the house clean. Not a great product and not a great company policy that limits reviews to online purchases only.

   I had to speak to five different members of staff just to collect an online order. Overall, staff are very unhelpful. I would recommend avoiding this branch

   Horrible and embarrassing encounter today. My mum and I were accused of stealing. We were shopping all day and walked into H&M with a few bags from other stores. While shopping in H&M, one of our paper bags (from another store) tore, so my mum had to reshuffle our bags only for us to be stopped rudely by the security claiming that they saw us putting clothes into our bags!!??? Meanwhile, we were reshuffling the handbags that we bought from Accessorize. The so-called security who does not know how to apply his initiative said he checked the CCTV and saw us doing this - which I believe is a lie! Because if he checked the CCTV like he said he would have seen the events that preceded this. A very embarrassing and upsetting experience for my mum and me. I don’t want to be that person but there was a racial bias towards us here because other people were in the ‘corner’ and you saw us come in with multiple bags but it was only us that he decided to search and accuse of stealing.

   I went to H&M today, and the store was very cool and comfortable. The air conditioning was working well, and the whole place felt nice and refreshing. Shopping in such a cool environment was really enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with good air conditioning to shop, definitely give this store a try!

   H&M market st maybe the busiest ones but their staff is super helpful. I had a price difference of Instiute compared to the price online and Andrea, Gisele and Abbey helped me out so well. They looked up order history, put in the product code helped me find the product and even helped me check out, in one of the busiest hours in day. So happy with my purchase thanks to the mentioned lovely staff members :)

   Dear H&M Staff, I apologize that I forgot your name cuz one month has passed. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your help in finding my keys. I was shopping in the store in Nov 26 and had accidentally dropped them somewhere. The tall, thin young man with long brown curly hair who found them for me was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me. I truly appreciate his quick thinking and willingness to assist me. His actions made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Thank you again for your excellent customer service and for making my experience at H&M a positive one. I will definitely continue to shop at your store in the future.

   Need more staff on tills. Or if a que then all tills need to be in full capacity use till the qué is down, that's what they're there for? Instead of staff walking around with only 2 on with a snake of a qué. Stresses the workers on tills out and Many times see people leave because it's not worth the crazy wait. like hello trying to give you our money and making it hard!
