I got a takeaway for veg chowmin and honey chilli cauliflower. The taste was superb, prices are a but high but definitely worth the price. The take away service is super fast so need not worry about time. There is a public road car park just next to the restaurant, after 6pm its free else its a standard 1.5 for an hour.
Very bad food. Nihari was boiled and tough added to a sauce which was full of colour band was tough. Mixed platter had stale chicken and lamb chops very dry and full of colour. Very bad food please avoid.
Highly inconsistent. We've ordered from Urban Kitchen numerous times and have always noticed dish inconsistencies. Consider the Chicken Mongolian we recently ordered with Egg Fried Rice. The former was extremely spicy, while the latter was almost tasteless. Not that we haven't tried those dishes before. We have done so on numerous occasions. That's the problem. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I hope it can be resolved as this has been the case with our orders for quite a while now to the point that we joke about it as "the inconsistent kitchen".
Delivery time was good. Mixed reviews of the food, Lamb Madras is too spicy and it has a very fresh chilli taste to it which overpowers the madras flavour.. (have to recook it to tone it down..). The chicken biryani was different. Tasted like chicken nuggets on the top of it with two boiled eggs which are nice and then with actual chicken underneath which is nice. I love spice but not when you can't taste the curry itself! With the lamb madras as well, the lamb was a bit chewy but not bad. Edit - recooked it added butter, yogurt and a tad of puree and it was lovely! Please next time don't try to burn my mouth and stomach!
Really good restaurant, nice food, great customer service and amazing Tandoori Chicken! I buy Tandoori Chicken from here every weekend, my favourite. Really nicely cooked and great taste. Their Chicken Lollipop is also decent. The best part about them is their great customer service. I would recommend this restaurant.
Being let down by a leading restaurant at very last minute for my niece’s birthday party event, we contacted this restaurant at short notice. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. He arranged for decoration as well for a good price. Food is awesome, ambience is wonderful, staff are helpful and owner is super friendly. Five stars for new management and thanks for the amazing experience guys. Our family loved every moment. One of the hidden gems in Hounslow and I suggest the community to support local businesses like this.
