   I go here often. Met Fatimah who works here and she has been brilliant helping my hisband and I once answered them the next time with my daughter. She genuinely wants to help customers and does it with a smile. I wish I could say that about the other staff.

   I had such a wonderful experience with Mathew! They went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed in store, and even took the extra time to help me order items online that weren’t in stock. Their customer service was outstanding — they were extremely helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers are taken care of, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in.

   I needed to exchange an item today. The fitting room lady found the size and model for me to try on and she also commented that it was a better fit. Did wait for while at the till but they exchanged without a receipt. So cool.

   The shop was really nicely laid out, and had a wonderful atmosphere. You can find all sorts of clothes there for everyone – from the latest styles to comfy everyday stuff. They’ve got clothes for mums, dads, and kids too, so it’s a one-stop shop for the whole family!

   Visited after Christmas and the shop was a dump. There were coffee cups and bottles - general rubbish all over the store. Lots of clothes on the floor. I've been to Next many times before but was shocked by all this. They need more staff, especially on security, to stop the general public from behaving like animals. Quite disgusting.

   Great clothing range for men, women and children. Also stuff for the home, furniture, homeware etc. Over three or four floors. A restaurant on one floor. This is a big store. What I was after was out of stock though, so minus one star. Sorry Next. Must try harder.

   Reasonable price on most items of clothing (at least what I purchased) the shirts are good quality and very nice to wear and the trousers selection is great. I wear the ones with the elastic waist, it's amazing for work. Stay comfy, and look professional.

   We bought several items of furniture here. We were served by a very helpful staff member who answered our queries efficiently and was most helpful. Recommended. Update: Delivery team were also excellent. Good tracking system and very polite delivery drivers.
