We booked them on our son’s birthday. We had great experience with them . The food was so delicious and service was excellent and the owner is so polite. We highly recommend to go and enjoy ur food.
The OCC provided catering services for my Mehndi event at Savera Hotel Ruislip and I'm so glad they did! The food went down a hit with everyone - guests were getting up for seconds and thirds! Though they do offer table service for catering, we opted for the buffet layout and all of the food was laid out on really classy looking hotplates. The best of all however, was the service from Gurpreet and Gagan - they were so lovely to deal with and put up with me being so difficult during the build up to the event - everything went so smoothly I can't praise them highly enough. Will definitely get catering from OCC again for future events!

The OCC team organised my brother’s engagement event very last minute, but it was amazing in every way! They took care of every detail! Gagan and his team were a dream to work with, accommodating all our needs from food to decor! Professional, helpful and a continual smile on their face! It’s always a joy when using their services and we could not recommend them more! Looking forward to more events with them!
Went to OCC Bar & Kitchen earlier this week to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary and have to say it was an incredible evening. The food was absolutely delicious... everything we ordered we thoroughly enjoyed. A special mention for the lamb dopaiza, the Dal Maknhi and the Charsi lamb karhai. Also have to comment on fantastic friendly service... Gagan the Owner of the restaurant treated us like family and was incredibly hospitable... going out of his way to make our evening extra special. Will definitely be holding parties there again in the future. Thanks to Gagan and his fantastic team for a truly memorable evening.
Beware of this place, we had an event booked with them no food given to guest, each guest was pulling asking for food but they would not provide food. We had 139 guest at the event and was charged for 157. That amount was not even invited and no one uninvited turned up. They didn’t let us play music stopped it by 11.30 .they don’t give any service at all the worst service I have ever faced. They have zero manners the whole team work like that. We spent the night in there office instead of being in the party, we as the host had to keep going into their office to ask for services and them refusing and arguing with us. The only thing they wanted was money and as soon as they got the over charged amount they stoped there service. They picked up the food so we had to leave the party hungry , we were not able to eat anything due to the disturbance . As a customer I felt appalled to have booked them for our event guest came couldn’t enjoy had an average amount of food after begging for it and went with no good vibe but left disturbed. DJ sunny was booked for the event by them and one of the owners called us on the day of the event that the Dj will not attend the event, no replacement was found and when we managed to find a live singer as no Dj were available last minute, the owner refused to let him sing soo we had to play songs on our phones through the night. I had arranged someone to come to do deco for the event the owners of the occ interfered with this aswell and told my deco company to not come early as they were holding an event during the day, only to find out that they were lying as there was no event during the day, lucky she came in and got her job done perfectly and in time. Otherwise that could have been a disaster only because of the owners by providing wrong info. We did not get any dessert as we had the birthday cake all was asked to provide green tea when serving the cake , in which they agreed on while booking the event. Even that was not provided guest left without anything. But yet we were insulted by the whole team at the occ when we raised these concerns in return we were threatened shouted at. All they want is money but do not want to give anything in return. There is no place worse to go then the OCC
With the alleged covid pandemic and restrictions imposed we were worried how we could continue with our wedding functions especially since it had already been postponed due to lockdown. Once government announced in mid August thats weddings could have 30 guests, we decided to move all functions that were planned at home to the OCC near my house including the wedding day breakfast and sit down lunch before and after wedding ceremony at guruwara. We met up with gagan to discuss all the functions and how we could proceed in line with the restrictions including social distancing. We planned the menus for each function which included breakfast on friday, saturday and sunday followed by mehendi and ladies sangeet on Friday, jago and choora on saturday and wedding day sunday. During these discussions gagan went through in detail how guests would be seated to ensure social distancing, temperatures checks and track & trace and only guests on the guest list would be allowed entry to the area we were given. All functions s went fabulously. Food was great, atmosphere was appropriate to function. Gagan arranged all the decor for us for the mehendi and ladies sangeet. Every guest could only compliment the food and and ambience. Fact it was only 2 min walk from my house was main reason for selecting as allowed us to pop home quickly for the mahiya ceremony. Nothing but praises from all our guests, which reinforced our decision to move all functions to OCC was bang on the right decision.
We chose to have our annual Christmas meal at this restaurant and we were bowled over by our attentive host who put on a range of starters, mains and desserts for us. The food was generous and had a great variety of dishes for our party of 10. Thank you very much for a lovely evening, we will definitely be coming back again when next in the area.
