Excellent mixed grill. Keema loaded chips are great. Curries are decent. Service is fine. Great for a bunch of blokes. Ambience is about as casual as it gets. Like a scruffy local boozer. Very loud on the night we went. Good value.

BOOM! We are back to 5 stars baby! Jyoti provided a perfect service. Food was amazing. Everything was on point. Venue is a nice desi pub (just don't expect grandeur etc!).

Would definitely return if i was in the area. Got the king mixed grill - prawns, kebabs and lamb chops were delicious!! Good variety of beers on tap. Slightly noisy as various matches were being shown on TV and the pub looks slightly run down, inside and out, but wasn't a problem at all. Great service too.

A no nonsense, no frills, but very decent food pub. I've heard many excellent review of this place and overall food was enjoyable. Mix grill was solid, and chicken tikka pieces very slightly dry hence the 4*. Will be going back for another visit.

Can’t beat a mixed grill from here, so good! We ordered 2 mixed grills with masala chips, garlic naans and a chicken bhuna. They have some of the best mixed grills and I’ve tried a lot! The masala chips are a personal favourite as well, this is a local staple and a must visit. I would highly recommend, good atmosphere and a nice local. Also a good selection of beers and they show the football with plenty of seating around.

I went with a friend, and we were the only female patrons but did not feel intimidated at all. We both had lamb kebab rolls which were delicious and the food is so good my friend took the phone number from the barman to order a takeaway in the future for a friend. The bar and toilets were clean and tidy. The only downside is that the decor and carpeting isn't stylish and modern but this certainly wouldn't deter me from a repeat visit.

On initial view this is a very basic pub. However, the lamb chops are juicy, with an Indian spice mix that is not too spicy with extra garlic coming through. The lamb is tender and the fat cooked to perfection with bits that are charred from the tandoor. My cousin recommended this place just for that. However, also had the Chicken Bhuna and Nan as recommended by the barman. The former had a great tomatoe sauce again with the right amount of Indian spice - absolutely delicious. The latter was thin and soft just how it should be, so you are not getting full on the bread. Highly recommend this place for the lads.
