Uniqlo is one of the best every day stores going at the moment. I love the fact you can buy synthetic items all the way up to Merino and cashmere. Great everyday practical clothes at good prices and the service is always consistent.

Not very good experience today. They have a sign that the merino cardigans are on sale for 19.90£ on one of the shelves. When we came to the till, the shop assistant told us that it’s 34,99£. I told her that there is a sign for sale on the shelf, but she just kept repeating that somebody must have misplaced the cardigan. This is not true, because the shelf was full of the same cardigans. She still was only repeating that someone misplaced it, without properly checking or listening to us. This is not what I expect from a polite service. Will never come back again.

It is been a while since I visited this branch. The clothes and their coats especially those heatech are very nice. however when I visited recently the softplay at the 1stF for kids is no longer there :( I thought my kid can play while we shop a bit.

Overall my review for this place is mixed, I went in hearing good things about the clothing. I came out liking what I bought, but not eager to go back. First of all it is incredibly warm in that store! Not to mention how close some of the clothing racks are. It was incredibly hard to see which sections were for men and which were for women, it was mixed up across all of the floors. It was incredibly confusing walking around and trying to find something too. A lot of the mannequins displaying clothing items were just places in a random section that had nothing to do with the clothes around it, I couldn't find a lot of the stuff on the models. I found a dress for a decent price though, that's my positive view about this place. I asked an employee there if I could keep the coat hanger (a valid question in my opinion since every other clothing store I've ever been to lets you keep the hangers), and I was greeted with a rude employee who snatched the hanger out of my hand, didn't answer my question properly, only with "not for sale", she could barely speak a word of English! I don't know what was up with her but she was perfectly fine and happy with another employee speaking another language. Not sure if her rudeness was to do with how young I look or the fact I spoke English to her. I won't be coming here again and I'll be taking my business and money elsewhere.

Uniqlo itself is ok as usual. Yet this store is a very inefficient one. Many issues with the staff. First it took them forever to handle a fire alarm thing. They were clearly underprepared. It tool ALDI to take back customers less than 25 mins. Yet UNIQLO made customers wait for an extra 20-25 mins!! Also no apologies… again this is a Manchester Uniqlo specific review…

They are great at being fast, efficient, and semi affordable. Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible

I bought one off white ultra light down compact vest in-store with their £5 off coupon via their app. The vest comes with a carry bag. Their self service checkout tills are modern and innovative. You place the clothes in the designated basket and there’s no scanning of barcodes. The tills automatically displays each item and the prices on the touch screen. Their paper bags costed 20p with all sizes. I also bought one green ultra light down compact vest and one beige ultra light down compact vest online as there’s a £10 off discount code for your first online order by subscribing to their newsletter. You also get free standard delivery with £60 or over. Their delivery is fastest and free with click and collect pick-up in their store. If you purchased products online you can’t return them in-store, they only accept by post with £2.95 shipping fee. You can return their items within 28 days of receiving them.

Nice and big Uniqlo at Manchester City Centre. Reminds me of Japan and their culture! Worth visit if you are looking for Japan style clothing!

Bought a lovely merino wool sweater a few weeks ago. After one wear and before first wash it has pilled up all over and is only fit for wearing in the garden. Buy cheap buy twice. Absolutely shocking quality.

First time to go there as we have been to the one in London and familiar with their product. It is on multiple floors but we only had the time for the ground floor. Shall finish reviewing after next visit
