   I came into the Arndale store feeling defeated after trying on tons of outfits for New Year’s Eve at various stores and not finding anything I felt good in. Ruby took me under her wing, pulling pieces she thought I would like based on my style - even going as far as to check in the back for items that were no longer out on the floor to make sure I had tons of options. She was patient, kind, empathetic, and made sure I had a clear, calm space to try things on at my own pace without getting overwhelmed. She spent SO much time making sure I was okay and listening to my feedback on each item to help inform her next picks. I came in thinking I was going to have to rifle through the back of my wardrobe to find something to make do with, and left with THE most gorgeous top that I feel so confident in. The whole experience really turned my shopping trip around - Ruby is truly an asset to the store and an overall good human. Pls give her all the payrises!!!

   Inside Manchester Arndale. Retail Assistants have a snotty attitude. I don't know why. As Eddie in Absolutely Fabulous said "You Can drop the attitude love, you only work in a shop!"

   Went today to look at leather jackets. Isabella was just amazing!!! Had loads pulled for me and different sizes to try. She couldnt have done more! Then as I wasn't sure...she told us to go get some lunch and think about it as it was a large value item. We did...and came back to buy my perfect jacket! Thank you So much. So refreshing to see a store with amazing customer service who actually care about the customer and not just making a sale! Will definitely be back. Also the other sales guy with the blonde hair and tattoos (so sorry...I didnt get his name) was just as friendly and helpful. You should be proud of both of them! Great faces for the company x

   Had the most wonderful birthday shopping experience at this store. Huge thank you to Ruby for her amazing customer service, she went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful. Without her help, I would have walked out with nothing. Instead I ended up spending more than I ever have in a store with a big smile on my face! Can't wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

   Popped in to store just looking around the scouser who works there was full of jokes. Proper good banter even sorted me out finding everything I wanted all in the one trip. Everything even being delivered to my house as i wasn’t even looking to buy anything when i walked in. One of the better stores i have been to around the country

   Brilliant service from warm and lovely staff. I ordered a dress online - not only was there discount but it arrived less than 24 hours later free of charge. Big up to the fab Mannie massive in the lovely All Saints shop.

   I don't usually take the time to write these but my boyfriend took me for a weekend away in Manchester and we went into All Saints to browse (we don't have a store in the sticks). The staff were brilliant. Sometimes you go into posh shops and feel stupid like you shouldn't be in the shop coz you are poor, this isn't how they made us feel. They were chatting to us and gave me advice of what dress would look good (I'm not a stick insect) on me and what to accessories with. I ended up spending my hard earned cash (not complaining btw) and getting a brand new look which all my friends have commented on. I wanted to say a massive thank you to Amy, I had such a good experience with you helping me and will defo be coming back. If I could give you more stars I would... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Went into the store and felt harassed and uncomfortable by the staff who followed us around and were being rude. Disgusting the way the staff just look at you and make you feel like like your being watched on every moment. Disappointed and felt like your a target just because of the way you look , felt like the staff were being very judgemental and when being asked if there was a problem looking at you up and down. Clearly staff in this store need to be given training on customer service skills rather than making innocent and genuine customer who want to shop unhappy . Sad world we live in can't even go into a shop without feeling anxious.
