0 Stars!I have no idea why people still go here. Many years have been driving 10 miles to come to get Ghatia etc....recently time and time again have been very disappointed. Thinking its a one off, last week was the worst. Ghatia soft as muffins, farsi puri all in crumbs. Its seems like they place all the nice big ones on top and rest is rubble, same with other items. I didn't think to look underneath the boxes as the shelves were full ready for the weekend. I believe they placed the leftovers on top and fresh stuff below. This place just interested in profits. I unfortunately do not have time to do a 1 hour round trip to return items and go complain in person. I shall not be returning. Much better cheaper places elsewhere! Shame on you Shreeji!

Best and delicious Indian snacks at affordable price. They offer authentic Indian tasty food that you can't buy even in Birmingham or Leicester ( I am especially referring to Fafda and Jelabi).

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Never Ordering Again! I called yesterday to place a large order and was told to call again on the day of collection, 30 minutes before arriving, so the food would be fresh and ready. Fair enough. Today, I called an hour and a half before pickup and placed my order for samosas, spring rolls, and kachoris. The man confirmed everything and told me to call again 30 minutes before I arrived so they’d have it ready for 3pm. I did exactly that — called 30 minutes before arriving — and was told, “Yes, it’ll be ready, no problem.” When I got there, nothing was ready. My order wasn’t even fried, let alone packed or prepared. I was left waiting while they slowly started making everything from scratch. I had to collect my kids from school at 3:30, and instead of being in and out as planned, I was stuck there watching them scramble to make my order with zero urgency. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, offering no apology or explanation. The whole experience was chaotic, frustrating, and completely unprofessional. If you value your time and basic customer service, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I have eaten from shreeji a few times hence I returned today but to my dismay the food was cold, tasteless, unappetising rotten and overall a sheer waste of money and disrespect of customers! Despite warming in oven for 20 mins food is cold, has a foul smell and is pathetically dry. I'm gutted if any of my family ends up with a tummy ache, I am contacting food standards agency.

Shreeji sweets shop has better food than other shops of a similar nature though not all their foods are top notch delicious. Service is good. Parking is not easy near the shop. Recommend for nylon gathia, pendas.

Long queue to enter the shop. Fast paced, friendly and helpful service. Snacks and sweet items are fresh and tasty. The curries though fresh were bland in taste.
