   Bought a sweatshirt in Skipton on the Saturday, got home and realised it was damaged, returned it to Crew clothing in the Lowry centre the day after (significantly closer to me) and asked for an exchange, they refused saying they don't stock it, I then asked for a refund they again refused saying I had to go back to the original shop, I had to read out to them their refunds policy, only then did they refund me...."Just do it...just do it" the manager said to the young girl on the counter. Sorry to be a pain but you shouldn't sell faulty goods.

   I don't normally write reviews of any type however, on this occasion, I will make an exception. I visited the shop yesterday and the young lady who runs this store is polite, friendly and has the right amount of customers interaction. I hope that J Crew recognise her qualities and reward/promote her accordingly.
