Balti House in Acton is amazing! The food is always fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly spiced. Staff are friendly, service is quick, and portions are great value. One of the best curry spots in Acton. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10 -

Honestly, The Balti House in Acton is such a gem. I popped in for dinner with a friend and we were both blown away. The staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome straight away. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do. The food was incredible full of flavour, really fresh, and properly cooked. The chicken balti was rich and perfectly spiced, and the naan was soft and buttery the best I’ve had in ages. Everything just tasted like it was made with love. The service was quick, prices were fair, and the portions were generous too. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back the next week to try more of the menu. If you’re anywhere near Acton, you have to give this place a go. 10/10 — easily one of my new favourite spots!

I do not recommend 'The Balti House' Indian take away, They used to be good, but have now gone very down hill since they changed owner. I won't be going there ever again. We bought a takeaway on the evening of 01/04/25 and got the following - X3 Curry Chicken meals X1 Chicken Tikka Masala X1 large Pilau rice X1 Meat Biriyani X3 Salad X4 Naan Bread X1 Saag Aloo The chicken Curry and Rice was very dry, and the chicken was completely overcooked. The chicken tikka masala tasted nothing like Chicken tikka masala, and was so full of salt it was inedible. The pilau rice was o.k but still salty, and you could see the bottom of the pot had been scraped, and had hard dry bits in it. The Naan breads which we bought 4 of were tough, chewy and inedible. We got 3 salads, but they mostly consisted of onion and old salad so we had to throw them away. The mint yogurt was again far too salty. The sag aloo wasn't too bad. we managed to eat some but no one else liked it at all. That was also just edible The meat biryani was probably the only edible thing, but still wasn't fantastic just edible. Overall it was a total waste of £60. We called the restaurant to complain, we was told that they did not have a Chef today and he had gone sick, I asked to speak to someone in charge, we was told no one in charge was at the restaurant.

I discovered this place by a pure accident, I checked the 'Kebab Roll' and that was spectacular. I also tested Lamb Rogan Josh - fantastic. Samosas are just right, big and tasty food + nice sauces. Nice atmosphere and excellent customer service. Prices went up a bit, butthe taste still the same. Very much recommended. Update Nov 2022 - Balti gets tastier. Reserve your Christmas food today. Update Mar 2023 - still the best Indian takeaway in town.

If you’re searching for authentic Indian this is NOT the place. It’s kinda like a kebab shop. As I wondered why so many good reviews were left they must all like kebab stuff. The ‘curry’ was basically lamb floating in oil and a thin tomato’s base. Cheap for a reason I guess maybe if I was wasted on a night out it would taste decent

It was a nice small mini restaurant with amazing Indian food. Mainly good for take away and arrangement for just people in group of 2 can sit. There were plenty of veg and non veg options. We tried Veg Samosas, Saag Paneer, Dal, Rice and Tandoori. All tasted super delicious. Only thing is there is too much oil in everything. But it can be avoided to some extent, if you say in advance before they start preparing your order. The quantity of food was too much. The chapatis were large. Everything was served super hot and for left portion of curry, they have a box to pack anf take home(if we want). Price: Very cheap then other Indian food joints. A definitely good place for students to eat and take away. I will definitely eat some day again here.

Very Very tasty and traditional Indian cuisine. I ordered the Chicken tikka masala with pilau rice and a side of onion bhaji. If only I had known this restaurant sooner. Chciken was perfectly cooked, sauce well seasoned and onion bhaji came with a complimentary yoghurt and mint sauce. Thank you!
