Some good clothing here. I ordered online but sizing was off so returned to exchange which was handled effortlessly
Just need to share my thoughts on the Manager Elena who I found very rude and blunt. Basically my daughter works for Ford and has been parking on their car park for four years as they have a contract with them. My daughter got several parking tickets from Euro car parks not her work colleagues only her and when I addressed this with her she was so rude and basically didn’t want to help. She said she sent an email and got a reply saying nothing can be done and Ford was responsible. In the past when there’s been issues they’ve sorted it no problem. This is when the other Manager who worked there for many years and was always helpful. I asked for Elena’s could she get her Line Manager to ring me because I wasn’t happy with the decision and she basically said she will not ring you and she will take my word for it. I was appalled by this think Matalan needs to reconsider a new and friendlier Manager who know her responsibilities. This has caused me so much unnecessary stress.

I visited Matalan today with my husband & used two separate tills as I treated my son. I have had surgery on my arm which is in a sling. As I went to can my first item I was struggling & just turned to my husband for help which in turn the young boy stood in the door area collecting money I think & a worker walked straight over to me & asked if he could help which I accepted. Why could the lady behind me stood free at that moment not asked. He showed quality customer service & inniative. I went back in the shop & asked his name. Nathan was his name x

Went in evening, very quiet which is good for me, well stocked but jeans section hold stock for skinny people, hubby needs 38 x 30 - skinny fit not an option. Not catering too well for over 50 and weighty.
Was recently in the Warrington store, spotted some nice trousers but the changing rooms were closed, only open on Saturday and Sunday. Terrible. Won't be coming back. Get your changing room policy sorted out.
Visited the Warrington store earlier this evening as my husband was looking for a suit for a wedding. We were very disappointed & angry to find that he could not try any suits on as the changing rooms are now only open on Saturday & Sunday! What is that all about? Absolutely ridiculous. We were told he could return them if they didn't fit! Not sure who has made this decision or why but you will lose a lot of customers due to this as lots of people choose to shop during the week when not working or in the evenings when the store is a lot quieter and like to try things on before they buy. Please sort this out!
Mainly clothing store where changing rooms work only on weekends. What a joke! I had to buy the clothes, try at home and then go back to return. Really ? At least give a big sign at the front door of the situation as I wasted my time completely....
