Visiting here from years. Old staff was good but new staff is simply horrible..... especially new minimum Β£10 card spend. It's logic less. Food use to be good but it's not the same anymore. Owners needs to look after this store rather than some students hanging around.

I took away 2 fried fish, which were very salty. Last time, I ordered Veg Biriyani, which also had a bad taste and smell. Staff asked me to bring cash next time if I wanted to buy food even the card payment option was there. Overall both experiences were bad.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Briyana Wala Restaurant, and it was an experience worth writing about. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The star of the show, of course, was the biryani – and let me tell you, it lived up to the name! Perfectly spiced, incredibly flavorful, and cooked to perfection, each bite was a true celebration of authentic taste. Whether you’re a fan of chicken, lamb, or veg, their variety ensures there’s something for everyone. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Portions were generous, and the pricing was very reasonable given the quality of food and service. I also tried their side dishes and desserts, and everything was just as impressive. The raita was creamy and refreshing, and the gulab jamun at the end was the perfect sweet finish to a delicious meal. If you’re a biryani lover or simply someone who enjoys great food with a touch of tradition, Briyana Wala Restaurant is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back – and bringing friends along next time!

I recently visited the Original Biryaniwala restaurant in Wembley and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the cheap menu, with incredibly reasonable prices for authentic Hyderabadi dum biriyani. The biriyani reminded me of the delicious one I had in Qatar, with a perfect blend of spices and flavors. I tried both the chicken and lamb biriyani, and while both were delicious, the lamb biriyani was extremely hot and spicy, which may not be suitable for those who cannot handle spicy food. However, if you're a spice lover, this biriyani is a must-try. The seating arrangements are limited, and there is no washroom available. Also, it is worth noting that card payments are only accepted if the total amount spent is above 5 pounds. However, the dishes are all pre-cooked, which means that there is no waiting time, making it perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. Apart from biriyani, they offer a wide variety of kebabs, and while the selection of sweets is limited, they have some delicious Hyderabadi sweets like sahi thukda, which is a must-try. Overall, the Original Biryaniwala restaurant in Wembley is a great place to grab a quick and delicious meal without breaking the bank. The biriyani is a must-try for anyone looking for an authentic Hyderabadi experience, and while the seating arrangements may be limited, the quality of the food makes up for it.

The front of the shop is beautifully designed, the name is excellent, upon entering the shop, the customer service was good, I was recieved with a smile. The biryani is very tasty the chicken slides off, beautifully. The negative in my opinion is the staff should have good modern uniform, the inside of shop could do with more money being spent to improve the detail image, and remove the clutter to maintain a highly professional image inline with the logo. They don't offer chilli chicken in a small portion which you could add to the biryani, however, as a first time customer he allowed it for me and charged a small fee. The chilli chicken is very very tasty and a excellent. Once this company spends more on the inside property image and improves the standards, I think this buisness could become a franchise. Wish them good luck, will re-visit and will review again.

Without a doubt this is the best Indian food I’ve had. I’ve never had better briyani and chicken I’ve ever had. Definitely will be back more often

The dishes are ready made and displayed on the counter. I was impressed that the meat and vegetarian dishes were separated but was disappointed when they were heated up in the microwave. The paneer in the chilli paneer was quite hard as if it had been lying there for a while and had a vibrant red colour. In contrast the butter paneer had a mild flavour and was fresh. The naan was also freshly made and fluffy. Overall the service was friendly but the tables and chairs were old and looked out of place. The dishes were also served in plastic takeaway containers which gives the restaurant a cheap feel. Dress code: none Cost: Β£ Food: adequate flavour (not too fresh) Service: Friendly

One the good Indian food take away. There are couple of tables as well if you would like to dine in but nothing fancy. This is close to Hyderabad style ( South Indian) you can get in Wembley. Chicken biryani is very bang for your buck.
