   We were assisted by Josh from the moment we walked in. My child is starting high school so this year was a whole new uniform but Josh told me everything I would need and was so helpful with sizes. He was kind, polite and even chatted with my child about the high school she is going to be attending. A lovely helpful lad who made today a lot less stressful!

   Visited on Saturday to get our boys uniform for school. Alfie, one of the workers, was very helpful and showed us everything I wanted to look at. He offered advice as to the sizing of jumpers and allowed us to try on. Happy with the service, thank you Alfie :)

   Not the best dealing with customers. Our only child is starting school next week - so the lady in the shop guessed my daughter would fit into a 3-4 yr old white tshirt, and we placed an order for the same. Hubby went last week to collect the same tshirt, my daughter didnt accompany then, bought it home and the tshirt was too large for her. Took it back to the shop in half an hour or so for exchange and the Asian man started shouting in front of other customers. Has read previous reviews , where some customers has bought back the item the following day, after using and washing it , where the owner has every right to shout. But we took the item in less than an hour ! If you dont know how to deal with customers, do think of closing down your shop, because customers comes with high expectations and customer service is the key ! Try to remember the golden rule- treat others as you want to be treated !

   Excellent service in the shop even at high volume times. Although the shop is small its very well organised and the staff really know thier product. The website is a great addition, really user friendly and simple to navigate around. We ordered to pick up from the shop just before the schools went back so right in the middle of the mad uniform rush with no delay to the order being ready.
