Today 27th of December around 11:00, I witnessed a deeply unpleasant situation at your shop that, in 2024, simply should not happen. Two young boys, likely under the age of 9, were standing near the entrance. One was pulling the other, who then began crying. Their mother was inside at the till. A staff member with blonde hair shouted at the boys to move away from the entrance in a very rude manner and then proceeded to mutter to herself about their behavior. When the boys entered the shop, the younger one began screamingβ€”his behavior clearly indicating that he may have autism. Instead of responding with empathy, another blonde-haired staff member approached the mother, who was still at the till, and aggressively shouted at her to control her kids This is completely unacceptable behavior. No one should assume they understand a child’s situation without knowing the facts. By shouting at the mother, you risk alienating a parent who might already be struggling with the challenges of raising a child with disabilities. Compassion and understanding should be the priorityβ€”not hostility. When I calmly pointed out that the child might be autistic, I was met with rudeness. The staff member questioned me aggressively, to which I explained that it is my professional background to recognize such behavior. Regardless, this situation highlights a complete lack of customer service skills and basic human empathy from your team. While I acknowledge the children’s behavior was not ideal, there are countless ways to handle such situations that do not involve shouting at customers or children. Your staff should feel ashamed of their conduct, and I strongly recommend they undergo training on customer service, disability awareness, and how to handle challenging situations with care and professionalism. If this is how your shop treats customers, particularly families, I will not be returning, and I urge you to reflect on how your actions impact the community you serve.

Poor customer service, rude unhelpful blonde lady. Bought swimwear at weekend and asked if I could return if it didn't fit. I was told yes. Went back to return it and was told no. The lady just pointed at the notice that is to the right of the till so you have already paid when you past it. Will never step foot in your shop again

Situated where Zara used to be in the Market Place. Some ok everyday clothes, however, mass produced and cheap material so don't expect them to last. Ok if you want something new for an event but don't want to pay alot.

I love this shop. If you have ever been to boundary mill and liked it, then this has a similar collection of some of the styles you will find there
