I walked in at 17:17 with my family to order my food. Despite there being no visible sign regarding take away only myself and family were turned away after waiting in the line and made to eat outside. Upon raising my concerns and asking to eat in to the manager he said βthatβs the rulesβ. He proceeded to aggressively tap the till and be rude. This is not a family restaurant, I would not recommend.

Well located restaurant, in the heart of New Street and so close to the town hall. It is a small place where the live and freshly cooked food is tasty. Quick service and affordable prices. Only card payments are allowed (Spain, nov-2022)

Fresh quick and delicious food made in front of you. Some traditional dishes and then the option to mix it up by choosing different combinations.

Ok. So itβs basic, itβs unpretentious, itβs lacking in glamour but itβs absolutely superb. Freshly cooked tasty and wholesome. Itβs all too easy to dismiss this as something a little better than a late night burger or doner. But you would be wrong. Itβs fundamentally better than that. Tasty, balanced and fresh at a reasonable price. Everything you want from south East Asian street food. Marvellous.

I was served by a colleague called Leah (they wore glasses and the black uniform). I walked in as I was unsure if I wanted to order anything here or walk further down to grab something and I immediately got a super positive greeting even though she was doing something. They asked if I needed a moment or was ready that felt nice as it took the pressure off as I have never ate here before. I then chose the main bits I wanted but was stuck on the sauce and asked them if they wouldn't mind suggesting some. They said they would be happy to do so but also offered to allow me to try all the sauces. This was really nice and they were super friendly. I am happy I tried to sort this as I was going to play it safe and pick one I have had before in other places. But after trying them I was able to pick a nicer one which I preferred. It meant that our meal was much more enjoyable. Service 5/5 Portion size - was very fair Cost - I spent more than I would at a typical takeaway, but considering the service, portion size and central location I would say I paid a fair price for two meals. The service was greater than expected and the taste of the meal was lovely. I felt I had a lot of nice flavour. I feel if I hadn't tried the sauces and picked a one that was new to me which I liked, I wouldn't have enjoyed the meal as much. P.s. they also asked me about dietary requirements and allergies especially before allowing me to try sauces. This was appreciated

Very filling, can customise it to how you'd like; I'd definitely recommend it. You can currently sit in but it is limited capacity at the moment (ate here June '21).

The food here is truly amasing, everything is made fresh to order and the flavours are all beautiful. The staff are great and the Chef Paul is so Polite and Funny i left feeling like a truly valued customer. I had whole wheat noodles with brocoli, mushrooms, spinach, shrimp and Hong Kong sauce which is also known as sweet and sour. OMDZ it was absolutely magnificent and the portion size was perfect. You must try it for yourselves Wok to Walk New St Birmingham
