I got the chicken burger. My friend got the chicken wrap. Safe options, but the chicken tasted very weird. The texture was very rubbery and off putting. Would not recommend or go again.
First time trying, ordered via uber eats. Upon opening the bag it was a total state. Whole sauce tub opened and spilled (as shown). Very messy and unpresentable! Everything had to be transferred to a plate. Called the store and attitude is appalling by the workers. Speaking in an unfriendly tone and not professional. Not even an apology, damaged in transit is not a sufficient excuse. Also difficult communication due to them not speaking fluent english. Irregardless still shouldn't be speaking like that, maybe having a bad day but still no excuse! Apart from this food was decent but could be better. Ordered peri chicken items and was lacking in flavours. Reviews don't reflect the food. Most likely will not be returning here to order again unfortunately!
Just had a really disappointing experience with Chilli Chick's in Birmingham through Deliveroo. My burger meal was okay, but the Fanta I ordered tasted off and was expired. This makes me worry about the freshness of their other ingredients too. Won't be ordering from them again and I don’t recommend this to anyone.
Ordered via Uber Eats during the night. Initially looking at the food, it doesn’t look appealing, and although it’s meant to be a chicken fillet, instead there’s chicken strips in the burger, which disappointed me. However the burger tasted nice in my honest opinion! Fries were not tasty at all. Cookie dough was really nice I must say, added a sweet taste.

That said, it’s clear the place is a hotspot for takeaways, with a steady stream of delivery drivers coming and going, which speaks volumes about its popularity. The menu is packed with a wide variety of options, so you're definitely spoiled for choice. I went for the King’s Box Meal, and I was impressed right from the presentation. The burger was wrapped neatly—better than most burger joints I’ve been to—and the spicy filet burger itself was absolutely delicious. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the central location. Whether you're dining in or grabbing a bite on the go, ChilliChick's delivers on both quality and value. Highly recommended—and if you're in a rush, takeaway seems to be a very solid choice too!
Literally the best food I’ve ever tasted and that is not an understatement. I’m not from Birmingham so tried it for something new and it literally blew mine and my friends minds!!!! The flavours are insane, and the prices are amazing too. We actually went back to Birmingham so we could order chillichicks again it was that good. I got the texmex burrito and it was to die for.
Place was spotless inside, clean tables and friendly staff. The sides were amazing, fries were perfectly seasoned and the chilli cheese bites had a nice kick to them. The chilli sauce provided was also top notch. Only issue was with the burger. It didn’t feel fresh at all and the coating was not crispy. For a reaper Burger it wasn’t spicy at all. If the Burger was made better this would’ve been 5*. Overall a top place and worth visiting.
The food was really good and the front staff was dealing very politely . In terms of hygiene and food quality this takeaway deserves 100. Must visit for once
Place is clean!!!!!!! I will always eat here when I'm in digbeth or town in general. As a regular, I can be quite picky with my orders and they remember what I have hahaahahah and they have patience every time I come in. I can't fault them and they are lovely. Portions are decent and filling. I don't even mind waiting for my food when its busy because they are professional and respectful.
Place was absolutely spotless inside and very modern and comfortable. The food was amazing. I strongly recommend the Godfather burger, Reaper burger and the devil bites. Great value for money and freshly made once ordered.
