Never bloody open these days. Havnt had a curry for a very long time and the only day i fancied it and walked there taking 15 mins only to see them being closed.
Used to be our favourite restaurant but for some reason the veg sides are getting smaller and smaller. My mutter paneer only had 4 cubes of paneer tonight! Nearly £1 a cube!!!
The food is nice but this restaurant take too long to deliver the food. I am their regular customer but I think I had enough and will not order again. they took over 2 hours to deliver the order
I ordered a takeway through UberEats from this place. Instead of delivering my food, the delivery driver decided to keep the food for himself. I know it's not the restaurants fault. But after contacting uber support, their automated system refused to give me refund and asked me to give a feedback to the restaurant regarding this issue. So, I did what I was asked and a day later the responded to my feedback and called me a liar. They said I open new accounts and get the food and ask for refund. They also said they checked their system and they know I did it before and asked me not to order again. What a lie! As an ex-retaurant owner I know you can't check it on your system. So, who is the liar? However, after further investigation UberEats issued me a full refund as their driver didn't follow the instruction. I'm using Uber for years and using only one account. But it was my first order from this restaurant. The level of professionalism this restaurant showed is below ZERO! Worst customer service and calling a customer LIAR even though there's no way you can know that. You asked me not to order again? Well, I'm never ordering again and hope others don't as well.
This has to be the worst indian I have ever had! The oil on top of the curry was absolutely disgusting, only the pasanda was decent at best. The onion bhajis had no flavour. The rice, naan and poppadoms were good but that was it! Please do not come here, don't believe 5 star reviews - I made that same mistake...
One of the worst Indian food I have ever had. Plus the guy was so rude on the phone. I received a wrong order and mutter paneer was really sweet like a sweet dish with raw mutter. When I called to complain and offer to come to restaurant to show and taste the food they sent me, the guy was very rude. He said I don't know my food. He didn't want to give his name. He argued for so long that in the end I hung up. I do not recommend food at all
Possibly the best Indian I've ever had . The dishes I have tried so far have a fragrant and aromatic balance of spice and flavour. Can taste over a dozen fresh spices in every dish I've had so far.. highly recommend the birayani as a medium dish. Cant wait to try the rest of the menu.
