   Excellent experience today getting our sons first shoes measured. Jayne and the other staff very attentive and friendly with our lad whilst he caused chaos. Lots of fun had. Very good with measuring my own feet and recommendations. A credit to retail.

   2nd time ive been in, 6months apart. And I've always felt unwelcome. Other clark stores greet you so nicely, but this one is the worst ive been to. when i wanted to get my kids shoes measured and fitted, she was very very reluctant and as if we were a hindrence. Id never go there again.

   After abit of a bad start in the store. It certainly got better with a particular member of staff. Umeh, was very kind, patient and caring and went above an beyond to make what is normally a stressful time buying school shoes into a much better experience for us. Especially with one of our daughters. She took the time to engage on their level and made it fun. Both daughters walked out very happy with new shoes and made our search alot easier than normal. Umeh is certainly an asset to your team :)

   Due to my son having additional needs I pre -booked an appointment with this store for a shoe fitting for my son before they opened. He has autism and really struggles with busy places and loud noises. I was so grateful to Jane for helping me sort this appointment out as it's always been a challenge to get him measured for shoes. I usually do it at home myself which was always very difficult. She reassured me on the phone that she would get him all sorted and I certainly did. Jane and Liv were amazing with my son, Liv was able to get him measured for the first time ever in a shop and it was amazing how they both engaged with my son and made it a great experience for him and us too! I honestly can't recommend this store enough! They were amazing! We will 100% be returning when he needs some more shoes. Thank you so much to Jane and Liv :)

   Just had my daughter's first shoes fitted. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Jane made it a proper experience for both of my daughters. Engaging and entertaining them both and making it a special moment. She offered really helpful advice and went above and beyond. Update: just visited again for both my kids and had another lovely experience. The staff are all wonderful and know how to connect with kids.
