Got these shoes for my 5 year old not even a month later the laces have failed and meridith won’t fix or replace the shoes even with proof of purchase poor customer services for a £50 pair of shoes had to call customer services waste 40 mins of my life on hold to them for them to tell the staff to offer me a refund/swap as it’s a defect on the shoe? Why did it take for that to happen to sort the issue out? Poor customer service
Awful! Twice we have already had odd size shoes from this store. We measured up at the start of the summer holidays for my daughter. She was a 12F up from 11F, we tried on 12F in the store. They were put away over the holiday and we have gone to put them on this morning for school! they are 13.5 G, too big and too wide. £50 down the drain and I won’t be returning to this store. Staff are clueless.
Lovely staff, nothing too much of a problem. The young lady that served myself and my foster son with SEND was excellent with him and I did not feel rushed. I also had to pop back as I thought I'd lost something and the lady that looked around for it even went onto her hands and knees to see if it had rolled under the shoe rack!
Good choice of footwear and friendly staff. Have noticed though prices are creeping up in the children's footwear and they aren't that far away from adults pricing.
You go in to buy a pair of shoes and the sales assistant comes out with everything but the pair of shoes i actually want to buy. Stop trying to upsell me and just serve me! I don't like my time being wasted!
Great shop if you want buy high quality shoes, boots and handbags. Although is quite expensive the products last longer. They have good quality shoes for women, men, and kids.

Excellent, friendly service. Went to get my 4yr olds feet measured, the assistant (Debra) was fantastic. We managed to get a great pair of trainers. We then decided to get my 20month old measured too & ended up purchasing trainers for her too. Will return for school shoes thanks to the great service.
