Food is as you would expect in most fried chicken place. Their grill chicken is good. Place is always busy so bit of a wait. They do have a downstairs dining area- I personally did not like the ambience. Ok if you are grabbing a takeaway. Nothing to brag about but will fill your belly. .

This this on the avoid list due to the chicken being served raw. One wing, maybe but after multiple wings being received in such state; this is after complaining about them. The food had to be discarded. What a waste of money. I was also reassured they were cooked properly but the bloody chicken was tell a different story.

The customer service was from whom looked like the boss. The food.. the grilled chicken was charred and inedible. It tasted old and smelly. Possibly precooked. The mayonnaise was splitting due to the it being old and probably left out in the sun.

This meal was a delight! The crispy fried wings were perfectly crunchy, the chunky chips were golden and comforting, and the salad added a fresh touch. The grilled chicken, coated in a spicy, herb-infused sauce, was full of flavor and paired well with the other elements. The food is also quite affordable compared to many other grill restaurants. They accept both card and cash payments, and there’s plenty of seating available downstairs. Highly recommended!

This is my favourite place to go to. I travel over miles just to get food from here for the family. Their customer service is need to improve and modify dining area. They have the best grilled chicken and lamb chops around for which I travel a long distance. The meal quality has been consistent for a number of years and reason why I keep going back. Keep it up guys.

Excellent choice for PFC in Bethnal Green. Sauces on point. Wings tasty AF. Cheese Burgers nice too. Prices are still extremely reasonable. Don't hesitate.

Regularly order from this place literally every week, now fed up! There are issues most of the time, burnt food, missing food, uncooked food etc. Reported several times however they simply don’t care, no apology nothing. Extremely rude. Im done with this place! I would advise people not to trust these lot, always check your food before leaving the shop, otherwise you will regret when you get home.

So salad from kebab to wings to meat eveything was burnt spent nearly £32 and this is how the food given. I mean we ordered many times and whoever packed this should have considered how can anyone eat burnt food since we have kids especially during covid. Seriously this is ridiculous

Good for takeaway - not good for eating in. I usually don't like taking the gamble with fast food/chicken shops, but I thought I'd give Jannah Grills a try since I liked the name. Overall I can say that: Banging food - A really pleasant surprise considering how low my expectations were. The food I ordered was really tasty. I had the Naga wings and the Gourmet Beef Burger. The burger was REALLY good, especially with the added sauces. The Naga wings were fire, they were as hot as they were tasty which made for a delicious fiery combo. Value for money - great value for money as the food here is quite cheap, especially when compared to places like Nandos which are significantly over priced. Hygiene - The dining area is where everything REALLY falls apart. There's always a set of uncleaned tables filled with dirty plates/left over food. It's really off putting and an eyesore. The 1 toilet available is really small and extremely unhygienic. I'd highly recommend you avoid going there if you can. The lighting is garbage, the sitting areas, tables and everything about this dining area is of the lowest standard and quality - they could lose their license over this. This place could easily be a 4/5 if they put some effort into making the dining area look as good as some of their food tastes. Overall I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for takeaway fast food. It's well worth trying and you definitely get your moneys worth in that regard. HOWEVER, I would GREATLY ADVISE AGAINST eating in, its not a very pleasant experience.
