Great customer service even when extremely busy in peak hours. Shout out to Makayla (Idk the spelling), she was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Apparently she’s new there… on her 2nd day I believe, she helped a ton with helping me buy some Uggs.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I found a pair of shoes that I really liked, but unfortunately they were not in stock at the store. The staff kindly checked the system for me and helped place an order with next day delivery to my home. I’ve already received the shoes, and they arrived perfectly. I really appreciate their excellent service and effort. I absolutely love the shoes and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
The lady with a pony tail in a black ‘training dept’ jacket was rude and unprofessional. Unsure if they were racially discriminating. I just politely asked for a pair of shoes to try on. Not only did it take longer than usual but also she had just left it on the sofa behind me and didn’t inform me. I’m quite shocked by this attitude and very disappointed. I purchased what I wanted because I like the shoes but I would not be inclined to visit or recommend this specific Schuh store next time due to an unwelcome atmosphere and unfriendly service offered by some of your staff. :)
I was served by the lovely Hannah on Saturday 23rd August (yesterday) she was so attentive and friendly her service was absolutely wonderful, she’s such a kind soul . I appreciate all the help she gave me I really do hope she gets the recognition she deserves from the company as I believe individuals like Hannah will go really far in life as well as her job :))) Wishing you all the best lovely !!

Awful store to shop in now! All the trainers are mixed up as unisex. Really bad decision! Because they all look feminine now! My style is masculine style of footwear. Won't be shopping again. Untill it's back to normal. I won't be back I don't have time to and seive though trainers.
