    I ordered a pair of trousers on line on Monday,for a funeral on Thursday,delivered on Tuesday,way too small(actually I’m way too big!).Took them into Glossop Next and a lovely lady called Adele sorted out a pair of trousers that would fit me and I could collect the following day Great service that went above and beyond expectations,she had already clocked off and should have been on her way home instead of rescuing me from an embarrassing mess of my own making
