   Absolutely fantastic store staff at the Arndale. Staff really went out of their way to find me the boots I wanted. Couldn’t find the other pair, so the lovely staff member took my details and said they’d let me know if the boots were found after a stock take. Unfortunately, they couldn’t locate them, but the level of customer service and communication was just spot on. Massive thanks to the lovely Alison who rang and left me a voicemail with the update. Even though I didn’t get the boots, it was an EXCEPTIONAL level of customer service from Alison.

   I recently visited your store to purchase school shoes. During my visit, I sought assistance from an employee named Nicole to find the right shoe size. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to assist me effectively and indicated that the size I was looking for was unavailable. Surprisingly, shortly thereafter, I located the exact size I had inquired about. When I shared this with Nicole, she explained that her relative inexperience contributed to the oversight and acknowledged her tone may have come across as impolite. I believe it's essential to highlight the significance of offering exemplary customer service, especially within a retail setting. Customers have a legitimate expectation to receive assistance and guidance when required. This not only enhances the shopping experience but also supports the successful sale of products. I trust that this incident will be considered constructively and that measures will be taken to ensure a more positive and helpful interaction with your staff moving forward.    Very poor customer service, no-one is there to help and even if someone comes to help us other person will take them away especially , Was there last week and was asking a shoe size from a new joinee there , she was very eager to help but the guy there was very rude and not allowed her to go and have a look to find a size I asked. With this sort of customer service and staff , no one will ever visit deichmann.

   Box 1: missing shoe Box 2: two right shoes (no left shoe) Box 3: damaged shoe Box 4: wrong size in right box Box 5: finally, the correct shoes. Went to pay and was misquoted was the shoe treatment service. Meanwhile the lady next to me was returning a "pair" of shoes that were, in fact, two different sizes of shoe. I can't ever remember buying shoes being such a lottery before, but it took up my entire lunch break.
