im not too sure who was working the shop on monday at around 4:30 but i must say they were lovely women and extremely helpful ,checking up on how i was doing and helping us find the correct section
Unfortunately had to return some Relife shoes that had become damaged after 6 months, the staff in store were extremely helpful and arranged an exchange without making it an ordeal.
Not been in wynsors since the 90s it was like going back in time but all that aside very good well stocked and good prices
Shop is presented nice and clean with friendly staff. Carpark is a good size and easy to access the shop.
Janet greeted me and my boys on entering the store- a very warm welcome. She kindly measured the childrens feet and was very helpful with suggesting some trainers. A great shopping experience and the customer service from Janet was excellent, thank you.
I went for a pair of slippers (after the dogs had eaten mine) they had a reasonable choice but I don't know how dog resistant they are as they didn't dog resistant section, that may be a good selling point.
Shoes cheap enough but not strong enough for kids
Lovely staff, welcoming and helpful. Good range of ladies footwear and reasonable prices
Wed 16th Feb 22 - sales assistant was VERY patient with me and my boys today. Showed thought, compassion and was so helpful throughout the hour ordeal that was my step son with Autism choosing a very specific type of shoe with a very specific look, texture and feel. Nice shop slightly out in the sticks. We have visited here often over the past few years. Never had a problem with the items purchased. The staff are always happy to help and are so pleasant. It has a small carpark with one disabled bay.
