I was very disappointed with this kebab. The meat looked strange — more like it had been cooked in some kind of sauce rather than on a grill, and the pieces were wet and mushy. On top of that, it was extremely spicy, even though they asked whether I wanted it spicy or not. I said no, but it clearly didn’t matter: the chicken had already been mixed with a very hot sauce. I regret choosing the closest kebab place to my home. I should’ve gone to the one where the food is actually tasty and the meat is properly grilled, not whatever this was — definitely not grill meat, more like leftovers from something else.
