   Sarah was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I went for a gait analysis and was very impressed. My results were emailed to me along with a range of exercises that I can to to help improve my alignment and running form. The analysis costs £15 but if you buy your running shoes from them, you get the analysis for free. Really excellent service that's enabled me to feel confident that I've purchased the right running shoes for my needs. Highly recommend! They have some good January sales on at the moment too!

   Very knowledgeable staff. I did the running gait analysis. The staff member allocated to my appointment explained my results to me in detail, the different types of shoes, encouraged me to try different pairs on several times and gave me ample space to make my decision. I’m very happy with my purchase and would thoroughly recommend.

   Had such a great experience with Sarah! I went in to get my gait analysed, and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me through the different shoe options and explained what would work best for me. I ended up going with the ASICS Novablast 5s and I’m absolutely loving them—so comfortable and supportive! Super happy with the whole experience and my purchase.

   Great experience. The staff were really friendly and helped me analyse my gait and my collapsing arches problem. Also measured my feet and I’ve been wearing the wrong size for as long as I can remember. I tried on 5 different pairs of shoes and the first pair that were suggested were the best fit.

   The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. He offered me lots of suggestions and advice to find a running shoe that felt good and I liked. I did want a trail running show too but there was a lack of choice in the store which was a shame.

   Good sized store with a mix of outlets under one roof. The running section is bigger than many stores and the staff are generally knowledgeable, although they obviously have mixed specialities, so worth making sure you get appropriate help if you are after something specific (as I was)

   Too quality experience here. Booked a gait analysis a few hours prior (same day) and turned up to find everything set up and ready and one staff member dedicated to helping me out. The staff couldn't do enough for me - plenty of advice given and questions asked to make sure I was getting the right type of shoe. Eventually came out with a perfect pair of trainers which were price-matched by them from another company but retaining the same warranty from RN. Would highly highly recommend to buy new running trainers at a competitive price but with a tailored and brilliant service.
