Very bad experience, food was absolutely terrible and the customer service was disgraceful. Honestly do not eat from here you will regret it

Food took almost two hours to come, not the first time this has happened. When it finally arrived they forgot the two naan and mango chutney. After a β€œsorry” and β€œa naan on the house”, we called again 20 minutes later and wanted to reconfirm what naan they were bringing us. Lo and behold they were sending us the wrong ones (plain and we ordered garlic/peshwari). By the time we got our full order, it took 2 and a half hours (the shop is a 20 minute walk away). It’s a shame as I have been coming here for absolutely years and the food is amazing, unfortunately can’t say the same for the service for online or takeaway orders.

They do best Indian food here. Hidden gem and good food. The staff here are very nice too

I would give this place 0 stars. They burnt my naan as you can see in the image attached. I went back to the store and they were very confrontational. When I showed them the burnt naans, they told me that 'this is how naans are made' and 'if I ever had a naan before, I would know'. When I told him I've been a loyal customer for a long time and my naans have never looked like this, he took it back to the head chef and spoke in a Bengali dialect saying, 'Why did you burn the naan?'. He then came back to me and told me once again 'it was not burnt and this is how naans look', even though he said the complete opposite to the chef because he thought I wouldn't understand. When I told him I understood what he had said, he became extremely rude and told me 'to make the naan in the kitchen if I know better'. The customer service is horrific here and his hostility was one-sided.

Easily the worst food I ever had. There are no words to describe the disappointment. You should close restaurant if you can't cook. Stop making fool of customers. Who puts coconut in butter chicken. It's an abuse. We literally threw everything out.

Best Indian food in London! We order from here regularly and always tastes great. Friendly staff and reasonable price too. Highly recommend.

Ordered chicken tikka masala set and chicken briyani, they gave prawn briyani instead. I called and they corrected the order free of charge. Food was excellent, very friendly staff and apologetic

Ordered a curry, some bread and some samosas. The delivery was expected at 20:05 but got delivered at 20:50. The good was ok and breads were good. The samosas very quite small though but tasty. If a delivery is going to be late it would be good if the place called to let you know bit I had to ring them. When the driver did turn up there was no apology so that's it for me. I will go elsewhere.
