The food was ok. So was the service. I should mention that it's value for money. There was a good variety to choose from and it was not expensive either.
Great food, excellent service, the same chef for 27 years, we normally get the food delivered, but it even better when you eat in.
We have got the worst customer service. The guy who has served us was trying to look over smart against the three of us. I request the management to train the staff that if the bill is 44.25, the customer can pay it by tapping only. There's no need for chip and pin. Moreover, we have asked for water more than 3 times and on the 4th time the guy served us, the same process has been followed for the container. He gave us a container when we reminded him for the 3rd time. As a level 6 reviewer, I can see that the customer service is worst, it must be improved or else you might lose many customers in future.
Had a delivery last night consisting of a range of dishes, along with rasmalai for dessert. We couldn't fault the food. The portions were extremely generous. We were given sauce, poppadoms and salad for free. They have a good range of dishes for meat eaters and vegetarians. We would definitely buy again.
Great INDIAN cuisine authenticity cooked! This is not a grill/kebab/fast food type of place! Food is alway cooked as Indian food should be! Good sized portions. Could do with some seasonal dishes perhaps and maybe mix up a menu from time to time. But what they do - they do amazingly well!
Excellent north Indian cuisine, really friendly staff and pleasant decor. Often busy with asian families always a sign of good quality. Eat in or take out. I wont highlight a particular dish as everything I have had is ace.
