   I placed an order through Just Eat at 19:32 and needed to make a few simple requests, but the customer service I received today was honestly shocking. I spoke to a girl named Fatma/Fatima, and from the very start she spoke to me with rudeness and attitude. All I asked for were three small adjustments: 1. Remove salad from one kebab roll, 2. Add mayo to the second, 3. Keep the third normal. Instead of helping, she replied in the most unpleasant tone. I currently have a fever and a sore throat, so my voice is naturally weak. Despite this, she accused me of “screaming,” which I absolutely wasn’t. I explained that I’m unwell, yet she continued speaking disrespectfully. I also asked for a tub of chutney—which I always receive with my order even without adding it manually—and she snapped, “You should have added it in your cart.” When I then asked if burger sauce could be added, she replied, “BURGER SAUCE? Who puts burger sauce on a kebab roll?” Again, completely unnecessary attitude. Another staff member, Waleed, later clarified that they don’t have burger sauce, which is perfectly fine. The issue isn’t the availability—it’s the rude and unprofessional way she spoke. I genuinely love Taj and always enjoy their food; it’s consistently top-notch. But today’s experience at 19:32 has really put me off. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and entirely uncalled for. It’s honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The food has now been delivered, and when I opened it I saw the kebab rolls were burnt. I’ve attached a photo to my review.

   Everything good but faiza the girl work overthere is really rude to customer showing attitude just tell her to be nice and polite to customers as no business can run without customers and staff is there to give good service to peoples not to show them attitude. What will you lose by being nice to customers and we are regular customers we almost come everyday, so just noticed this. Otherwise everything is really good from taste to costumer service from other two girls.

   The atmosphere is very nice. Nice music being played. They have lots of room downstairs. Service was very quick and friendly staff. We ordered the Tawa Lamb and it was very nice. Lamb chop was abit chewy but overall I would still come back again and would recommend this place.

   The samosa chat was not all that nice. The grilled burger was nice, and so was the small mixed grill. Not a lot of people and the service was fast. Restaurant has toilets and plenty of seating with a nice red decor. Decent food, and it cost us about £50 for a family of 5, though it wasn't a place so great I would want to come again

   Food was enjoyable and generous portions. Clean tidy. We had a lamb biryani and a lamb burger meal. Apart from slow cooking g time the food was hot and tasty. Slow time could be due to Ramadan. Free dates and salad to help break a fast despite being Christian. A very nice touch and well recieved. If only all religions were so welcoming. Price was wonderful and definitely value for money. Will be back again.

   Nice restaurant in prime location of Ilford Lane, which is very busy and famous place in East London. Before Green Street was hot place for Asian community but now Ilford is main hub for Asian Pakistan Indian and Bangladeshi food and shops. Food was good, but it’s not that great as expected, service and staff was nice. They have space in basement which is very good for small parties and meetings, as we got meeting and dinner. We spent around 3 hours.

   Today visited Taj grill with my family as we wanted to have Pakistani authentic food and the experience was fabulous. The food is great and so do the ambience. We were a given a table in the basement family area which was a great idea to have family parties and to have a bit of privacy. The staffs were very polite courteous. Most importantly, the food's quality and quantity were really excellent. The price will not bite your wallet. Finally, Taj will not disappoint you.
