   Been going here for years. Good prices and never had an issue with any purchase until now. Bought some Kickers school shoes a couple of months ago for my lad, unfortunately they started to separate at the soles. Manufacturing issue, obviously not the fault of this outlet however this Step Outlet dealt with it great. Could have been awkward about it like a lot of places probably would have been, but they just replaced the shoes and dealt with the situation the best I could have asked for. Great service, couldn’t ask for more.

   Always get my work gear and kids school shoes from here and they always have friendly and helpful staff on hand for assistance. You can find online cheaper but shops have overheads, But you can’t touch stuff online and take away knowing it’s fully what you need can you so that’s what your paying for the experience and instant gratification.
