Returned with a pair of Kicker's shoes that i bought my daughter 7 months go and the sole had split. Girl on till said she wasn't a manager and couldn't do anything. I said this wasn't acceptable so she then phoned a manager who said they are no longer Edward Meeks, now Meeks shoes and can't do anything even though I had the receipt. The girl was very arrogant and had a terrible attitude. Will never shop at Meeks again !!!
Very disappointed. I have been a customer since schooldays of Salters now Meeks. I am now 80.I returned a pair of shoes badly worn after about 12 months but with very little wear. I did not have the receipt but the store claimed that they had never stocked that model, insinuating that I was lying.
Visited today to get my granddaughter some school shoes. Georgi was amazing, so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Plenty of shoes to select from. I always make Meeks my first choice for shoes when in Oldham at service is always amazing
I went with my son to get new school shoes. Julie measured Harry's feet and found him a great pair of shoes, couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant.
Came here last Saturday with my gran daughter got her 2 pairs of school shoes. the staff were brilliant even thought it was busy. Measured her feet and she got the Kickers she was looking for. Would recommend this shop to anyone.
Sale was on and as always Julie got fixed up. Staff always helpful and there's loads of shoes of all different types to choose from.
Donna was absolutely amazing in finding me the perfect boots for a new job! She went above and beyond and made buying shoes fun which is something I never thought I'd say about my worst nightmare. She pulled lots of stock from the back and made me feel so important the whole time I was there! Thank you so much!! She is an asset to the store.
