I won't order again from this company ! Absolutely disgusted by them. Horrible service! I ordered on the 3rd Dec they sent the below email to me on the 22nd ; " Hi Irfan, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out regarding your recent order with us at Crepslocker. We sincerely apologise that there has been a delay and for any inconvenience it may have caused. To ensure we meet your needs, could you let us know if you still want your order in time for the New Year? If this option doesn't work for you, we can certainly process a refund—just let us know what you’d prefer. Best regards, The Crepslocker Team " They still haven't sent me tracking details yet .. we are now on the 24th Dec.... this was supposed to be a Christmas present for someone . Now im left having to wait even longer . Very Unprofessional- you cant get through to them ... I send messages they read them on Instagram and blatantly ignore it however they are capable of constantly posting stories on their socials but cant reply back to PAYING CUSTOMERS !!! Sort it out Crepslocker. Reading other people's reviews I see they excel in late delivery times etc so at least im not the only one going through this nightmare with them . UNBELIEVABLE
not authentic in the slightest way, i buy an essentials tracksuit that i messed up by accident and decided to buy another one and bare in mind the first one i got wasnt worn out in the slightest and still new but the new one i got fits way tighter and the stitching is so off??? the inside of the pockets are also so rough? this company isnt authentic in the slightest way and i want a refund
Would never buy from this company again! I purchased a Dior bag on CREPSLOCKER which was meant to be a present. It arrived 3weeks late. Missed the birthday date and the item arrived in a cardboard box with no protection or anything. Just in a dust bag. And the item was damaged. Now I’m basically being told “send it back” and I have to pay to return the faulty item which I will not be refunded as the team deem it to be “not faulty” Communication has been very poor. Just think before you purchase from here and I have to question the authenticity of it aswell.
I don’t like their service I bought a denim tears tracksuit cost me £710 because I stay in hasting I have to sent my brother the one stays in Manchester to buy it for me and he posted it to me when I received it I was not fitting and I sent it back to them that I’m not fitting in the trouser is big and they don’t want to change it because they are saying there is mark on the trouser, how do you expect the tracksuit not to have black spot if you just put it in the black bag not even in a clear plastic then a bag, it’s just a waste of my money I didn’t wear the clothes and they don’t want to give me a smaller size because I bought medium. Very weak customer service

My wife, Son and I were made very welcome in the shop, especially by Reece. He was an absolute mine of information on all the products and didn't push you just for a sale. He was a breath of fresh air and you can see he actually loves his job which is rare these days. We will definitely be coming back.
Myself and my partner visited Manchester for the weekend. We came across this store as we toured around and we fell in love with the selection of shoes they had! Staff were friendly and helpful. We both found a pair of shoes each that we liked and before paying for them, the staff member let us check over them a final time. I wasn’t too happy with mine due to a glue stain on the shoe however he let me find another pair that I was happy with. In the end he suggested that I take a size smaller, which fit nicely and I was happy with. I don’t think I’m going to be buying shoes from anywhere else! Will defo order my next pair from here
Great shop, look and feel is really nice and the selection of products, from trainers to apparel is amazing. Designer products you will struggle to find online. Had a great experience as well, a guy called Rio actually help solve a product pricing issue for me. It was done in a speedy and professional manner. Would 100% recommend!
