Poor customer service. Bought 9 pairs of shoes and the staff started scanning and putting them all in a bag. So I asked if he could pair them together with a wrapper or something so they don’t get missed up especially when I am gifting it to different people. He responded “ I’m afraid, we can’t do that. You just have to figure out a way of sorting them out when you get home” in a very unfriendly and unwelcoming tone. Didn’t like this experience
Disgusting behaviour from one of the staff who straight away had a dirty look on her face for a return… The lady needs training on how to serve customers.. dont train others if you cant provide the correct customer service And please do not ever be rude to a customer saying what ever the machine says to follow Tap or insert Because if a customer isnt able to read Then thats extremely rude I asked politely twice if i just tap my card for a return But nope u had to be rude The tone said it all !! Iv been to the store so many times and have never been served like how u served me Please learn some basic manners !!
In mid-September, I bought a pair of school shoes for my son. After two months, the soles of the shoes were torn and unusable. We went to the store and a lady said, "Do you have a receipt?" We said, "Does anyone keep a receipt for shoes for two or three months?" She said, "If you had a receipt, we wouldn't be able to do anything useful for you." The shoes here are not good, unfortunately all my shoes are like that! She said, "We won't take them back or exchange them." I suggest you don't buy shoes from there.
Bought a pair of shoes for my son for school on 13.11.24. Worn twice and the tonge has fallen off. What a cheap load of shite. Will be returning for a refund. Sick of cheap made shoes don’t waste your money.
