   Ordered food as usual. But it took 2 hours for the food to be delivered after calling the place twice saying food is on the way. Food comes and the duck curry has no duck in at all. Took it back to the shop and the lady on the front spoke with the chef who started shouting at the lady and gave her more ordered to take out. Then she said she can't refund not the shop policy. But the duck wasn't in the curry such a crappy experience. Been going to the shop for years. Defo won't he going back as the service and customer value is not valued.

   Ive ordered from here before and i beleive it was a good experience. However this time absolutely not. I had a mixed chow mein- the meat was clearly old, dry and reheated. The spare ribs tasted horrible and the sauce was offf key. The beef kang po has absolutely no taste and was dry and clearly reheated and just seemed like a wet tasteless sauce full of bamboo shoots. Hardly any meat at all. Considering everything was tasteless i have a unpleasent after taste fromthe one spoonful i had. The ratings would have been a one, however after i told the lady the food was inedible and asked for it to ne picked up as i couldnt eat it. She agreed. So that good customer service has to be acknowledged. The delivery guy was lovely :)

   Ordered food over the phone only to realise they only started my order after I walked in. Alarm bells rang when I heard the microwave twice and I was the only person waiting. I should have walked out but gave it the benefit of doubt Chicken burnt, curry the most thickest I have come across and the rice not fresh at all. Avoid. Food went into bin

   Been using this place since I moved to this area, the staff are always friendly, the food has never disappointed me, the price has always been good compared to other places, I highly recommend coming here for food.... on that note, I'm going to come and get some food when it opens in the next couple of hours. Side note, who hurt the people making the 1 star reviews? Half of them don't even make sense XD

   Ordered from this place for years, since their change in management they're no longer authentic. Their curries are no longer the same, portion sizes have gotten slightly smaller too. crispy duck with orange sauce; Do not order the orange sauce, I was physically repulsed by the taste. Definitely cutting corners somewhere. Duck however yummie. Although only about 30% was 'crispy' The only good tuning about this place now are their free wings when ordering over a certain amount. Personally, I'd suggest saving the money and going to any restaurant in Birmingham instead :)
