Poor service and unfriendly staff. Asked to see a pair of timberlands and the. Blond male staff was rude. In the end went to Trafford centre to purchase pair of Timberland boots. Go to Trafford centre. Staff are more helpful and pleasant
I have been wanting the Clairemont Way Fisherman Sandals for the past few months but couldn't get them online in a size 8. I thought I would go into a physical store to see if I got lucky. A male staff member said that they unfortunately only had a size 7.5 in stock. I assumed that it wasn't meant to be, but straight away, he said that he could make a call and see whether they have some in another store. Not only did they have my size available, but he sorted the order at the till to ensure that I could have the shoes delivered to my home address. I really appreciated how attentive he was in finding a solution so that I could get the pair of shoes that I wanted. I would definitely come here again. This was on Wednesday 30th July at 2:30pm.

Quality merchandise - boots, trainers typical in style of this household name, synonymous with rugged, and at the same time "high fashion", proven brand name. I was impressed when I visited the Arnadale shop, and was served by Jordon, the time and care he showed me, advising me about my best choice. Eventually I chose the trekker featured. Great sale on at the moment( although the item i chose was not in the sale, that was purely personal choice). I'd advise you to get down there and see not only the quality footwear, emphasis here being on the word "quality", but a fine selection of parkas and lots of choice in fashinable outdoor wear.
