   Ordered a beef and mushroom curry, egg fried rice and chips. The food arrived stone cold, the mushrooms were rock hard, the chips looked like they were from last week and the beef , if it was beef was undercooked. Whole meal was inedible. The lady on the phone was very rude and could barely speak or understand English. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE.

   £56 order cancelled and no refund. I explained JUST EAT FRAUDULENT ORDER. When i phoned and spoke to restaurant as soon as i got the email they would not refund.

   I ordered egg omlet it came and it had a funny smell I also had chowmain it had a funny taste . Called them to let them know and they said well there is nothing we can do. I asked if I can have my money back as I cannot eat the food. They said let me speak to the chef, they then came back and said I spoke to the cheff he said there is nothing wrong with the food .I asked him if he is eating it. He said he's not giving me a refund then put the phone down on me.. I would never ever order again they have poor customer service. I'll manerd people. I am a regular customer and have never had a problem with the food I order from them every wk and they didn't even take tha consideration .

   First time i have tried this Chinese and to be honest i wouldn't bother ordering anything again. The yuk sung was oily, the Mongolian lamb wasn't Mongolian lamb but was ordinary shredded lamb plain and tasteless. The dog liked the beef chow mein because we'd didn't want it. To add further comments the prawn crackers were the smallest bag we're ever had.

   I have ordered from here a number of times. Food is always freah and is delivered quite quickly. Their noodles and rice dishes are 10/10. The currys can sometimes be a bit greasy which is why I gave 4 stars. Their king prawns are the best in West Brom by far. Salt and pepper & Sweet and Sour dishes are also 10/10.
