   Cancelled our order with no reason given after having it for almost an hour, really not impressed. We tried to give a local business our custom but it's clearly not wanted, despite us wanting to spend over £50. Will not be using again.

   Have used a few times now, food quality is good and always hot and arrives earlier than time stated. Quite enjoyed the boxed meals - good price and are nice portions. Only gripe is that each time we've received our food, the sweet and sour sauce has leaked out of the polystyrene tray and into the bag - its a mess but not enough of an issue to put me off ordering.

   Won't be buying food from here again absolutely disgusting, chips was from the day before prawn crackers tasted and stunk of chemicals? . Chow mein was bland and tasteless. Binned it.... Been using hot wok for years but it wasn't the first time we have had a bad experience.

   Ordered from them for years, never had a bad experience. Amazing food, never cold or lukewarm, borderline perfect. They usually always deliver on time, sometimes when it's busy it might be a few minutes late but no establishment has perfect delivery, Hot Wok is better than most. Ribs are always tender, pull off the bone beautifully, rice is tasty and not overly greasy, curry sauces are thick and flavorful, noodle dishes and chips are a great too. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough, give them a go.
