Tried Jade for the first time last month and was not disappointed. All the food we have ordered so far has been delicious. Highly recommend.
I used this place when it first opened several years ago and it wasn’t too bad but still returned to my usual place. I tried it again tonight and it’s gone straight in the bin. The curry sauce was fine along with the onions and peas but the beef was highly suspicious tasting. The fried rice was stuck together and you had to slice it along with the colour of oxo. It’s all gone in the bin never to use this place again. What a waste of money plus I paid £3 for the privilege of it being delivered.
Ordered online over an hour ago. So I phoned the shop to see where my order was and they didn’t even have my order. The woman I spoke to had an attitude on her. Was going to try these out as recommended by family and friends but. Won’t try these at all now
I wasn't going to bother to complain as i thought "what is the point," but this has happened to me more then once now so I'm complaining. I ordered myself a curry with egg fried rice, and a portion of chips, the curry was amazing, the chips were a little soggy but still tasted ok, but my rice was stodgy, sloppy yet burnt at the same time, absolutely disgusting. I just can't understand how a chinese restaurant can get rice so wrong, it was vile it was like eating raw rice it was pellet like, and like i said this isn't the 1st time. I ended up throwing it away and heating up a rice pouch I'd got! Its not good enough.
Ordered food from here many times, always been very good. Not sure what's happened of late food arriving very late like waited one n half hours. Tonight all the wrong food arrived, l called to tell them and said we had people here so would eat what had arrived. 30 minutes later they arrived with the correct food asking for the wrong food back! Delivery lady then walk off. Shame think we need to find another takeaway.
Ordered salt and chilli chicken wings. Szechuan beef and egg fried rice. Beef and rice were nice, but opened the chicken to find spare ribs. Ruined the meal for me. Anyone ordering, check before you leave
Has this place changed hands? food usually really good, but have to say they have started the new year on an all time low, Singapore chow main very dry and bland, chicken and mushroom came with fried rice and no gravy, not what I ordered also the spring rolls were stodgy and not crispy like they used to be. Will be avoiding in future shame used to be the best by far. Well that’s unbelievable sent me a reply and apparently it’s all my fault! I ordered the wrong thing and left the spring roll in the bag to long before eating them. Not to worry found a better take away as a result. And the food is fantastic.
Very disappointed I have ordered from here for many years and tonight the food was awful the chips where covered in salt.. I asked for gravy on my beef chow mein and it came dry .. I had a Singapore chow mein and the meat was all full of fat I called to complain and the lady was very rude stating she said the beef chow mein would be dry ? Which she never said and how can it be dry if covered in gravy ? Not happy and will never order again
1st time trying Tipton jade garden I thought jade garden in stone Cross was nice but this blew it out the water the flavours was amazing the food came piping hot Singapore noodles chicken and King prawn curry egg fried rice bbq ribs the meat spring rolls was beautiful
Had the set meal for one. Absolutely superb. Well done. Delivery really quickly. Lovely lady on the phone. Will be ordering again
