   This is usually our go to place but unfortunately tonight it was awful close to £30 for a beef chowmein chicken balls and a tray of mixed rice and chips curry sauce. Ordered Sunday it came but the food taste so old even the prawn crackers were stale. Chow mein was tasteless .. unfortunately can’t see us ordering from here again now it’s slowly gone down lately maybe new chef or just can’t be bothered to cook fresh food anymore. Shame.

   I used to order here regularly years ago and it was amazing, must of changed owners because it's really bad now. Ordered through Uber because they had 25% off, big mistake! Food turned up 35 minutes late after 1 and a half hours, was all freezing cold, chips dry, hard, over cooked and not edible, prawn crackers stale with yellowing in patches. I'll be sticking to kungfu kitchen down the road, a million times better

   Ordered via Uber Eats last night, been in hospital 2 days early this week so hadn’t had time to get any shopping in so “order in” it was. 2 hours later it still hadn’t arrived so checked on the app & they’d cancelled my order as too busy. “Too busy” to be bothered obviously. Too late to order from anywhere else so went to bed hungry. Thanks for that!!!

   Preordered for 20:10 as I was at work, food was delivered at 19:00. Then when I returned from work to my food that had been sat there for over an hour, the chicken fried rice (I had requested NO veg) was full of veg. This is so annoying, I requested for both and this should have been noted! The food overall was very bland and I did not enjoy my meal tonight. Have used JADE so many times but will never be using them again after tonight.
