   Called in to Clarks today looking at childrens shoes, the young lady who served us couldnt do enough for us.She was friendly and checked for all sale shoes in our granddaughters size and then ordered them for us with free delivery to the house. An absolute credit to the store.

   Manager/supervisor on duty was so unfriendly and rude. I asked her if she had a particular Clark's shoe style in stock and she was so rude and asked me what it was, and then stated she never heard of if (implying I was in the wrong place). After showing her a photo and confirming I was indeed, in the right place (Yes, it was a Clarks shoe), she dialed it right back down. However, even if they had it in stock, I wouldn't of purchased it from this store, or return.

   Clarks saved the day!! We had a fruitless search in David Spruce and needed some school shoes for Thursday. Clarks had a great pair of shoes in my daughter's size and width. They were nice shoes too and not the clunky ones we'd seen in the previous shop. We are very pleased.
