Ordered food and after 2 hours it hasn't turned up. When I tried to call the restaurant it went straight to voicemail, avoid at all costs.
Food is lovely “DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY” over an hour late, cold and did not care when complained. Very unprofessional
Orderd food and they said 45 minutes, 2 hours later no food, phoned again and they said I'd had the food but I hadn't, they delivered it to the wrong address so phoned again they said 30 minutes, 45 minutes later it turned up, I refused to pay full price, absolute joke
I've eaten from many,many different Chinese takeaways and restaurants. Hong kong delight is out of this world for food and value for money I wish there were more stars to rate this place for me it 10/10. The chicken and beef curry is special
Ordered food at 7.10, eventually came 2 hours later at 9.10, food was cold, daughter was in bed, was supposed to be a family meal! Person on the phone was no help, driver has your food, will be 10 minutes, 20 minutes later it came. Absolutely ridiculous
Ordered beef curry &chips food arrived in 25 minutes. Sauce in curry congealed chips looked and tasted like they were from day before sorry but once bitten twice shy .(have been using this shop for years but no more ) do not recommend to anyone
Food overpriced when we receive it was cold no taste next time I will get my wife to make one with curry source from the pound shop
Very disappointed in tonight's delivery order Placed with just eat at 6.20pm quoted a delivery time of between 7.05 and 7.25pm which was fine (I know it's busy) at 7.40 I rang the restaurant to see what was happening with our order to be told it was just being prepared and would-be delivered in 15 to 20 mins which I said was disgusting. I waited 25 minutes more and rang again to see what was happening to be told it was now with the driver I have 2 complaints 1) why do just eat quote a delivery time that is not going to be met 2) why do the restaurant give just eat unacceptable times I enjoyed the food when it arrived but and very upset with the bad service
The food is good, but the delivery time is abysmal. We ordered at 19.10 on a Saturday and it was delivered at 21.20. The food was piping hot, but they need to increase their capacity to deliver it on time. Over two hours to receive food is not acceptable by any measure.
