   A regular customer and tonight food was really substandard. Wrong food delivered, concjealed sauce over the rice and chow mein literally swimming in grease and frankly tasteless. Didn't want to take ownership or listen to our feedback, &/or offer any good will, so took whole order back and to say ill never go back is an understatement.

   Haven’t been inside before so cannot rate, I’ve noticed the last couple of times have been a bit slow on delivery not very happen when given a time that food will be delivered then 20 mins later it arrives and there is no excuse?

   Fast food-less than 10 minutes for a takeaway from order to service, always collect as they are not far away and the delivery is at least £4 and the delivery menu is more expensive. The food is excellent tasty and good value.

   Used Lins Wok because our regular Chinese was closed. Food was awful! £70 to feed 4 people & half of it went in the bin! I ordered the special chop suey & I can only describe it as being like a bad microwave meal! Other meals were tasteless, hardly any chicken in the chicken chow mein..appalling & a complete waste of money!!

   Absolutely terrible, the food we had was god aweful as it was full of gooey fat and greece and had a weird smell. Phoned up to try and get a refund and we was told to drive all the way to the place to take it back ourselves which defeats the point of home delivery. Woman on the phone was incredibly rude and blatantly didn't care or was bothered as all she cared about was the fact that they atleast delivered something. Been eating here for years but never again as the quality of food seems to of dropped off a cliff. Dont waste your time or money, go somewhere else.

   Awful service. Food was fatty and inedible like jellied cat food. Would of put 0 stars if could. They will not come and collect it and the manager cooked it so apparently it's fine, clearly biased. The lady on the phone's customer service skills need a refresh as her attitude stunk. Accused of just not liking the taste of the food, we didn't even get to try it as it was all jellied like cat food would not touch it. She said they don't have bad reviews.... Look at all the reviews below the 1 star ones and you'll see she was clearly lying. We used these for years but never again. We have lost over £20. Do not waste your time.

   Just spent £40 and it’s all gone in the bin absolutely disgusting! Haven’t eaten from here since it’s been at the new location and definitely won’t be again. Way too overpriced which I wouldn’t mind if the food was nice.

   Been collected our spare ribs an chips omg amazing as always my fella fussy were he eats but the last few days we have had Lin's wok an both times been exceptionally thankyou Lin's wok amazing........
