Food not well cooked the chicken was raw I had food poisoning I had to go hospital for 2 days I do not recommend
Sent my children down with a order.. came back with no chicken in my order everythink was cold prawn crackers was stale.. will never eat here again waste of money no wonder the windows get put through
If I could leave 0 stars I would. AVOID at all costs. Ordered for the first time, as I had moved to the area. Salt and pepper chicken was so over fried, it was hard to get your fork in it and actually tasted like pork scratchings. Seaweed had a weird taste and there was a lot of raw seasoning just dumped on the top and was disgusting. My partner said her chicken curry didn't taste right, so I tried some and the sauce and vegetables had a very strange after-taste and the chicken had no taste at all, was just super soft, but had no taste as if it had been boiled for hours. Worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had, will not be ordering again. Tried to get our money back off the meals (not the full order, as the chips and curry sauce in a pot was ok) which we had to throw in the bin, but had no joy. Save your money folks.
Ordered from the company for first time tonight st 17.35. After one hour called to chase told order on way. Half an hour went by called again same excuse. After two hours called and was told it had been delivered and handed to man with brown hair( noone of that description lives here) so repeatedly pressed for a description of the door. Suddenly story changed order was handed to a man with brown hair in a car on the edge of the estate who supposidly claimed to be us and their driver couldnt get on the estate. Very odd as we had been watching out window and three other delivery drivers had driven onto estate (there is only 1 road). In the end we said we would collect the order as they are less than 10mins away. Finally got to eat 2.5 hours after order placed food was mediocre. Will never order from here again.
I lived in Kate's hill for 11 years and this was our closest Chinese which we always used. Would call my order then pop up and fetch it as we lived 3 mins walk away. Food was always good and tasty and if we had visiters and ordered a Chinese they always enjoyed the food from Hong Kong express. Moved 7 years ago and even though we live 4 miles away we still order (but have delivered) food from here. We tried a local Chinese once as Hong Kong express was closed and it tasted aweful in comparison. After being a customer for over 15+ years I've never had cold food, the wrong order or a meal that has made me I'll or sick. When I've called in and ordered by phone I've always had pleasant staff answer and do business with me. My only fault I miss their free calenders we'd get every new year.
Food was awful, salt & peeper chicken was pieces of batter without chicken. Seaweed had a stale sort of taste! Curry sauce was awful too. Worse food I’ve had , will not be ordering from here again! I rang up to speak to manager & awaiting call back
We have ordered here for the first time yesterday.We thought for the price which we would have payed in our local Chinese we would have plenty more but still didnt mind paying it as we thought it will be worth it..food quality terrible. 2-3 pieces of meat in each box and the rest onions and noodles.When I rang up and said what was the problem she just hunged up on me.We won't be buying from here again that's for sure.
