   Reasonably priced clothing, and nice store layout. However some members of staff in there need a refresher customer service training session. A couple of the female members of staff in there really make it visibly evident they don't have time for any questions from customers. Very sarcastic attitude, combined with a sulky/sullen expression. If you hate your job that much, find something else. However, I have to say there is a young man that works there that is always kind and helpful. If all the staff were like him the atmosphere would be much more welcoming for customers.

   Been in numerous times, store doesn’t carry anything bigger than size 16 , the odd time they have one plus size item, it’d age you by 30+ years. Staff are incredibly rude, ordered click and collect which ended up being 4 days later than planned, not even an apology for. Staff member couldn’t even use basic greetings like “hi” or “bye”, didn’t speak to me for the whole transaction other than to ask for ID.

   decent clothes but rude staff. bought a dress in an 8 (i’m normally a 6) and the girl at the tills asked me if i was slimming down to fit into it. absolutely unbelievable attitude. when i told her i was a 6 she just laughed and had a ‘yeah right’ look. how is this girl still working here? she insulted the old lady behind me as well. how is such a vain and self centred girl allowed near the public? hope she’s been sacked because if i see her again i WILL record our interaction and send it to management
