   Food is good… When you get what you ordered!!! Unfortunately if you call to advise when it is wrong and they say they will send another one out and give a discount the next time, they wont. 3 times they have told me they will discount next time. 1st time they said it wasn’t in the book 2nd time they said that isn’t the process they replace or refund 3rd time they said no evidence in the book, but they said they would honour it next time we called. Needless to say that didn’t happen. I’m not in the habit if asking for discounts unless it is offered. Clearly too busy for their own good or they have no need to keep regular customers happy anymore. Sadly no longer a favourite.

   Bad attitudes when placing an order then refused card payment demanded cash better food out there avoid. Been a customer over 20 years won't be anymore

   Service and price is good, professional staff Food sucks though, asked for veggie spring rolls, got curry veg spring rolls? Chicken had a weird texture, sauce was...weird tasting and really oily , chowmein was so/so, meat tasted old, overall everything was just so greasy and oily and that's all you could taste.

   Been using this place now for over 12 months Never had a reason to complain.. foods always spot on. Delivery is quick delivery people always polite and friendly.cant knock it.. amazing food

   I had a very disappointing experience at Chopsticks near Dudley. The service was poor, and they didn’t provide cutlery for takeaways. I was overcharged for my meal, and the food tasted horrible. Additionally, the young girl working there was very rude and unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place and suggest considering other options.

   Cold food .long wait on delivery and most of the order missing. Considering we order over £45 every week its starting to get annoying when a few of the kids meals are missing. Will not be ordering from here again

   Waited over 2 hours for our food then when it eventually came dishes was missing from our order. Person on the phone taking order's is absolutely hopeless.

   Salt and chilli chicken was the only okay thing about the order food was over 2 hours long tasted disgusting also found hairs in my chow Maine woman on the phone was not happy when I asked for some money nocking of the bill WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!
