Saw some shoes i wanted while away on a city break but deliberately didn't buy them as I always prefer to support my local shops. Went into the Warrington branch ready to buy them only to be told that they don't stock that range. Bought them from the Trafford centre instead. Shame.

I went into Skechers Golden Square (Warrington) store this afternoon with my partner. I'm due to start work in the NHS so I was looking for a new pair of work shoes and found some I liked in a previous visit but wasn't wanting to buy that day. So I had a look on the Skechers website but they didn't have my size in stock so this prompted my visit today. Soon after walking in, we were approached by a member of staff who welcomed us and asked if he could help in anyway. I wanted to enquire about discounts as my partner is a student and I'm due to start for the NHS. He kindly said that he would put on the NHS (with proof), discount for me which I really appreciated. After trying two sizes on in the shoe I wanted and giving me relevant advice about sizes, way the material acts and how to maintain them, I purchased them and asked for the man's name so I could mention him in this review. I think he said his name was Charlie and he is a/the manger of Skechers Warrington store. Very pleased with my experience so I hope Skechers see this and pass on our gratitude.
Hi, I’d like to sing the praises of one of your store assistants that we had the pleasure of meeting today in your Golden Square store in Warrington. We visited the store quite late(almost closing) and the member of staff that greeted and dealt with us was outstanding! They were so knowledgeable, helpful, approachable and enthusiastic that we left chuffed to bits with 4 pairs of trainers (after saying we were going in to browse!) and big smiles all round! I didn’t think to ask their name but it could have been Mia? They were young with braids that reached their ears and had some tattoos if that helps you to identify them? I’ve never felt compelled to do this before but felt I couldn’t let them go unappreciated! They are a real asset to your store!

Went in to the store for a look around and was helped by the wonderful Tia. She advised me about the offers and what boots to get to meet my needs. She was very helpful and amazing costumer service. Ended up buying two pairs of boots. If your after a pair of boots/shoes I would recommend this store and Tia.
We had to buy new pair of shoes for the elderly mother service offered by staff Janine. We loved the experience during the buy, and she was very patient in showing the exact fit required for my mother. We are exceedingly satisfied with the service provided!
