Couldn’t make the pick up so called up the shop and asked if they could change to delivery. Marcus was super helpful, sorted out the problem and got me a quick delivery asap. Great shop with great product in a mint location. Can’t ask for much more.

Not a great experience. I received an item that looked as though it had been tried on in the shop multiple times, popped back on a hanger too many times and not overly “new”. The item didn’t even have a tag to indicate it was new which was a bit of a concern. I contacted the shop to sort out a return. Spoke to a lad on the phone who told me to return the item and they would refund the full amount plus return postage costs. However having followed this request, and after I returned the item they then send me a postage label to use, which was too late as it was already out for return and they hadn’t explained this on the call. The item is then received by them and they simply email me saying they won’t be refunding my postage as it states in their Terms they don’t cover this and we think the item is fine. Having purchased skate clothes for the last 35 years I think I will stay with the usual shops with a better customer outlook you can see why the Rollersnakes, Slam City etc have many of the same customers all these years later.

This quaint and cosy shop located just a short walk from the Arndale Centre and Shude Hill bus and tram station is a delight, with knowledgeable staff who offer fast and friendly service. Still sporting the signage of a previous incarnation as Thomas Street Post Office, the shop actually there inside the building now specialises in all things skateboard. Note sells not just a vast array of beautiful boards but also wheels and the bits and pieces needed to connect them, as well as footwear, baseball hats, jackets, shirts and T-shirts. Note has everything a skateboarder needs, and is most definitely worth a shopping trip.

Ordered a pair new shoes from here as they were sold out everywhere else in my size. The delivery was incredibly fast, I put in a order late Monday morning and they came Tuesday afternoon. Without us living in a near by region as well. The shoes themselves were in great condition however the box had been squashed in the delivery van, apart from that really good service.

One of the best skate shops in the UK. Great whether just starting out or been at it for many years. Loads of gear to choose from and always got the latest drops. The staff are all sound and is a place really worth supporting.

Used this shop a few times now and always been spot on. Good deals and the cheapest for next day delivery that I have found too. Even though I'm not local to the area I always like to support rider owned, independent skate shops. Thanks again beys no doubt I'll be back ✌✌✌
