Honestly Amazing, really kind people. They give u scratch cards and what food is on there they will give u for free, how amazing is that. The food is wonderful. The service is also great they will always say bye when u leave. Just great I would really recommend the takeaway to you
The worst Chinese takeaway we have ever had!!! Will never order from here again. The food was disgusting, plain and had no taste. We had missing items from our order. The customer service on the phone is honestly so bad 0/10! They spoke to me like they didn’t care about my order after spending over 60£ here. Avoid this place!
Terrible service!!!!! Food took 1 hour and a half to arrive and when it did arrive it was not the correct order. We called restaurant and was told the correct order would be sent out we asked for a complimentary bottle of pop and was told no! And then on top of that was asked to give back the wrong order!! After we were starving and ate it whilst waiting! 2 hours in total!!!!!! A curtesy bottle of pop we forgot to add to our order would of gone a long way. Not even an apology. Very rude and basically told we don’t care if you don’t return your custom! Won’t be going here again / will be advising friends not to order from here! Food was cold and bellow standard! Prawn crackers were stale.
Ordered meals as well as 2 bags of chips order arrived no chips- called restaurant as missing items that have been paid for to be told there were chips in bag, to phone Uber for a refund and hung up. No offer to deliver or for refund. To say we have previously ordered without a problem and to have this now is disappointing. Mistakes are easily made but the effort to sort them is what counts.
Disgusting attitude on the phone. I ordered a roast chicken and chips and asked if I could change the sauce. His reply was no and he hung up. Very unprofessional and rude
the food was rlly bad: chicken was plain, noodles were cold and some of the chips were uncooked. the delivery time was fine but the food itself was gross and practically tasteless.
Ordered with these through Uber, not only did I realise they only have a hygiene rating of 3 but I needed to cancel as had ordered for collection rather than delivery. They told me they could cancel and I could re order if I wished. At no point did they tell me that if I didn't re order they would charge me the full price! They claimed to have prepared the food despite cancelling within 5 minutes of placing the order! Any decent restaurant would be honest with customers to make sure they come back! Robbing beggers!
Well if there was any place that serves food that could of blown their chance after the first time. Never ever ever will I order from this tramp place again... Disgusting isn't even a way to describe... this was the worst food I've ever had in my life... EDIT: After writing this I phoned them to express my concern. The owner didn't just swear at me once but several times. Totally unprofessional and honestly shocked me. I honestly will tell you all if you order from here then you must be a fool... Disgusting food, Disgusting owner. Must say Lady who delivered it was really kind but that is it.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ordered food and the sauce had no taste. Rice was hard. All the food tasted horrible. We rang and they said because it was discounted noones getting a refund. The woman never muted the phone and we heard the chef or owner going mad in the background. So apparently their foods allowed to taste vile. Don't recommend. First time ordering Definitely be my last time.
