   Best Chinese food iv have had in a long time! Everything was piping hot and fresh. Delivery was accurate to what we were told when the order was placed. Fantastic food, very pleased :) will definitely order again!

   I went in, the shop only had one customer, other than me, who was collecting their order when I arrived and the phones/order machine was silent. When I placed my order, I was told it would be about 20 minutes wait, which I not too bad. There were two more orders while I was there and the second person was told it would be over 40 minutes for a very simple order. The entire time, the phone/order machine was silent and no delivery drivers arrived for pick up. I got my order nearly 40 minutes after it was placed. When I got home, the food was average at best, but they had messed up one of the dishes (I ordered duck with plum sauce and got duck and pineapple) and the spring rolls were dripping in grease and about 80% beansprouts. My partner barely finished half of her meal because it was so disappointing. I will not be using this place again.

   This place used to be amazing but not anymore. 3rd time I've had food where its basically gone straight in the bin. Gave the benefit of the doubt but this is the last time I waste money here. Few weeks ago I ordered online and when ringing them after 1hr 45 was told they hadn't checked the online orders - no apology at all was given. Tonight the food was cold, the chips were like how they are the next day after microwaving and half of them still like a raw potatoe. Can't even force myself to eat any of it

   Ordered a large order (nearly £60) via deliveroo. Didn't arrive so when I called all I got was being talked over and blamed for missing their calls (even though I had no missed calls and no delivery had turned up at the address, even though it was somewhere they'd delivered before), and told that my order had been eaten. Well I hoped they enjoyed it. Normally good food but this was shocking service. Will think twice and go to alternative.
