   Came here yesterday to buy a set of Loake Chelsea boots. The gentleman that helped me was incredibly nice and helped make sure they were the perfect fit. Also while in the process of purchasing the shoes he gave me a list of all the local hotspots in Manchester. Which I have been following and so far so good. If you are planning on buying a set of English shoes I highly recommend coming here as the variety is great and the staff if incredibly friendly.

   Entered shop to exchange some shoes bought online for a smaller size. Hannah, the manageress was extremely helpful, dealt with all the paperwork and facilitated the new order. She was also very pleasant to chat with and a great ambassador for the firm.

   Unfortunately, on our visit they were short staffed but the two that were serving were doing a sterling job. It is not easy trying to help a lot of people all at once but they stuck to the job and carried on with a smile on their faces. Great product knowledge, great service fantastic job.
